Online, telephone and assessment centre.
The result was quite quick, actually 2 days after every selection process, they will give the results whether successful or not(based on my experience).
The thing that let's my rating down was the lack of feedback up to date. My last assessment was 2 months ago and upto date, there was no feedback.
There was supposed to be a mentor to help you on the last stage, but contact from mentor was only made on the actual day. It seemed that their values and culture were only for marketing purposes and after you do not have any use on them, they will care less about giving you any feedback to help you on your application.
I applied to them after a positive meeting with a different colleague on an ACCA event. After their assessment centre, that perception changed. One of the assessor was rude, almost in your face in saying I was not successful and laughed out loud behind closed doors, which is a bit unprofessional. It was a shame, I was really keen to work for them but Glasgow office itself discouraged me in applying to the them again.
The selection process should be a two-way street and would appreciate the same respect I gave them in compliance to their requirements.
They said they were so busy they cannot give feedback yet, but let's face it 2 months or longer seems to be a bit of a drag. They cannot be that busy especially when there is not a lot on the actual assessment centre.
