Interview
After completing an online application, there were some standard numerical and verbal reasoning assessments. After passing these, there was a 30-minute telephone interview with someone from HR (competency-based questions). Following a successful interview is the assessment centre (virtual in this case) consisting of a case study exercise, numerical re-test, group exercise and a 1-on-1 partner interview.
