Interview
The interview process was technical but reasonable. Shorter interview process than other typical bigger firms. Fast response time, couldn't believe it. The interviewer was was very welcoming and made the interview process enjoyable.
Fairly the same as others - HR interview, exam, Manager and Partner interview. They ask about your experiences and mostly look at your personality and how well will you fit within the Company.

First interview was virtual and the interview had good structure to it. I was given a brief background to the role and the team. Asked to give a run through of my CV, competency based questions and technical questions. Second step was to take a PPA and GIA.
