I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Forward Air (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview was great, at least that's what I thought; I came to the interview about 20 minutes earlier. I was greeted by the interviewer, which I will keep anonymous. The interview lasted about 50 mins or less. The conversation ended with the interviewer contacting me to set up an on-tour perspective so you can see the job in person and what you will do. That was about two weeks ago, with me doing the follow-up (emailing and calling), but there was nothing. At this point, I got the hint that I didn't get the job. The bare least the employer could have done was to let the other person, including me, know by email that I didn't get the job. Unprofessional, in my opinion, especially in the role of a manager. Still looking forward to working with the company just not at this location.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Forward Air (Tulsa, OK) in May 2013
Interview
Found the job on LinkdIn. Interviewed within 3 days, started work within 3 weeks. The interview was informal, just some straight forward questions concerning how you would handle disagreeable situations with drivers and fellow employees.
