Fossil Group 3rd Key Manager interview questions

I was promoted from a sales associate to third key manager. The process was pretty fast, and not unsimilar to the process used when people are hired into the position from outside the company. There was an interview with the store manager, a phone interview with the district manager and a phone interview with someone from HR. After the three interveiws were complete I was offered the position by the store manager of the store I would be working at.

I knew littler about retail but was an unemployed architect and industrial designer after the economy tanked, so I Intended to use this as a way to climb in to corporate as a product designer...fail number 1, though the store manager loved my ambition and energy corporate would prove to not care. The interview was very typical in asking questions about how I problem solve and how I would handle a client in various situations. Be sure to dress in a "fossil-ly" fashion....don't wear a watch that fossil doesn't make until after you got the job. Some people are weird about it... And don't tell a story about when you got a fossil watch, we hear it often and no one cares.
