I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Fossil Group in Jan 2009
Interview
I was contacted by HR and went through several interviews. I interviewed with HR, the hiring manager, VP and then finally the SVP before being offered the position.
It was a 3 step interview process all in person. Everyone was friendly and since the role was entry level, it felt more cultural than anything but also wanted to make sure you could use excel etc.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Fossil Group
Interview
The hiring process seemed to take a very long time. From the time I submitted my application online to finding out if I got hired or not was about 6 weeks. Unfortunately I was no offered a job for the sales coordinator position, but HR did offer me to come in and interview for another job I did not initially apply for. This is a reason why I'd love to work for Fossil because if your not hired for one position they'll offer another. This process may take up to an additional 2 weeks.
