Interview
I applied online and received a phone call a few weeks later asking to schedule a telephone interview a few days later. It consisted of basic questions such as why I wanted to work for fossil and my past experience and I was called another few days later to arrange a face to face interview.
At the face to face interview I was asked similar questions about what I do in my spare time and I was asked about what kinds of people I followed on social media and what piece of technology I couldn't live without. I was then invited to have a trial shift for an hour the day after which I thought went really well considering there was only 2 people who came into the store in that hour. Was told I'd get a call in the next few days with the outcome and was told I had a great interview and I impressed them but at this time they weren't giving me an offer.

Sat me down in the back, told me about themselves and then got into the interview general questions were asked like what is something you are very good at ask questions about previous job experience
Interview was very simple. I was called in and was interviewed by the store manager. Lasted about twenty minutes. Received a call with a job offer within a week and was asked if i could start the next week.

If a customer gets aggressive with you, what would you do?
The interview was straightforward, yet had very thought provoking questions. The interviewer was easy going and conveyed a sense of calm, rather than pinning you with constant intimidation. Overall, the interview was simple and allowed to ask questions about how the company operates. So far, they were fairly open about my questions.
