Was contacted by HR person via email. Came into interview and right away she asked to talk about my work. I assumed she was a creative. 30 minutes in, I realized she was a HR person and asked me to wait until the others came. By then I was already tired of talking, and simply passed my portfolio around to the art directors, who finally decided to show up. Didn't hear from them again until a month later, and the same interview process was repeated, except this time with the main creative director at the end. I was given an offer 2 weeks later.
