I applied for the position through my university's job posting site and had a web-based interview because I was unable to visit the office in person. I met with 3 people, one at a time: the HR manager, and 2 other managers that would work with the prospective job applicant. Nothing crazy about the interview--just questions about what was my favorite class in college, tell me about yourself, asked about some items on my resume, what makes you a good candidate, etc. They seemed very adamant about wanting to hire someone who planned on staying in the DFW area (where they are located) for good, or could eventually move back there, even if the original job posting was for a different city. I would suggest keeping in touch with them, though. It was a long time before anyone got back to me and I had to keep reminding them to schedule my interview, etc. It seems they are very busy and you can easily get forgotten! I ended up not getting a second interview because I was unable to interview in person, which was disappointing. So make sure you can visit their office in person!
