Went into the store for an open house and just handed in my resume was asked why fossil? I got a call back like 2-3 three weeks later. The manager called he was very nice and scheduled a interview. When I got there 15 minutes early I was asked to wait another 15 minutes. Then I waited a little longer cause the other girl getting interviewed was late. The interview was really hard and I was asked questions never mentioned on here.

Sat me down in the back, told me about themselves and then got into the interview general questions were asked like what is something you are very good at ask questions about previous job experience
Interview was very simple. I was called in and was interviewed by the store manager. Lasted about twenty minutes. Received a call with a job offer within a week and was asked if i could start the next week.

The interview was straightforward, yet had very thought provoking questions. The interviewer was easy going and conveyed a sense of calm, rather than pinning you with constant intimidation. Overall, the interview was simple and allowed to ask questions about how the company operates. So far, they were fairly open about my questions.
