I sumbitted a resume after I made a contact with someone who worked here. They got me into the interview process and then it was a series of interviews. The first was a phone interview, then my next interview was with three seperate people. Honestly I would just be yourself and don't over think the answers. They want to kniow who you are, not who you think they want you to be.
