I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Fossil Group (San Jose, CA) in Oct 2019
Interview
Walked into the store and spoke with the Store Manager of Fossil, this interview was for Watch Station. Had an interview with him that same week, which went really well. About an hour long. Basic retail management questions. Then a phone interview the next day with the District Manager who oversees both locations. Also about an hour long, but this one was more detailed and her questions focused more on accountability of yourself and your team, KPIs and customer experience. Great conversation! They asked for references and I got the job offer the day after my phone call with the DM. Overall a very smooth, quick experience and process! Very excited about the company.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fossil Group
Interview
I was actually recruited from the store manager at the location. That being said, I still had to fill out an online application and have a formal interview with the store manager of that location. I then had to have a phone interview with another store manager from a different location in the same district. That was then followed by a final phone interview with the district manager.
