Handed a CV in for a christmas temp position, got a phone call back about a week later asking me to come in to interview.
Questions were like 'When is a time you have received excellent customer service' 'What do you think makes excellent customer service' 'Have you been to Fossil before and bought anything?' 'When have you worked in a team, what makes a good team' Was waiting on the shop floor leading up to the interview and was interacting with other staff members, which I think was also part of the screening process so try and be bubbly.

Sat me down in the back, told me about themselves and then got into the interview general questions were asked like what is something you are very good at ask questions about previous job experience
Interview was very simple. I was called in and was interviewed by the store manager. Lasted about twenty minutes. Received a call with a job offer within a week and was asked if i could start the next week.

If a customer gets aggressive with you, what would you do?
The interview was straightforward, yet had very thought provoking questions. The interviewer was easy going and conveyed a sense of calm, rather than pinning you with constant intimidation. Overall, the interview was simple and allowed to ask questions about how the company operates. So far, they were fairly open about my questions.
