I went a career fair at Fossil and they said they would contact me if any positions in my field came up. They did and I proceeded to have multiple days of interviews with about 3-5 people each time. Then they told me they could not hire someone as soon as expected and would be interviewing two other people. I am still awaiting the outcome but my HR contact has done a good job of keeping me in the loop.
