Went in store to apply, ask for the manager and gave my resume. Was asked two questions (list 3 best and worst qualities about yourself) on the spot on the store floor and was asked to come back the following week for another interview. Wasn't asked questions for the interview, got hired, and was basically a formality.

I was referred by an existing employee. I was scheduled in for a interview at my convenience. On the day of interview I was left on the shop floor to familiarise myself with the products and I took the time to get to know some of the employees and ask questions. When the store managers were ready they took me to the back office to get a sense of my personality and question relevant skills, my background and my future plans. Gave my resume and met with the manager and he really seemed to like me, but I was never given call back. Hopefully they will call me in the future though and give me a chance to at least be interviewed with.
