Was at Citadel Mall, Walked into Fossil asked if they were hiring one of the managers said yes he gave me an application. I went outside and filled it in right in there. I got a call back two days later to schedule an interview. Went for the interview during the day that same night i got a call from another manager telling me they wanted to hire me. Process less than a week if they're looking to hire.

If i had flexible hours (Position was seasonal) nothing crazy easy simple questions about yourself. It was a group interview held outside their store the girl who interviewed me was really nice and friendly.

Sat me down in the back, told me about themselves and then got into the interview general questions were asked like what is something you are very good at ask questions about previous job experience
Interview was very simple. I was called in and was interviewed by the store manager. Lasted about twenty minutes. Received a call with a job offer within a week and was asked if i could start the next week.

If a customer gets aggressive with you, what would you do?
The interview was straightforward, yet had very thought provoking questions. The interviewer was easy going and conveyed a sense of calm, rather than pinning you with constant intimidation. Overall, the interview was simple and allowed to ask questions about how the company operates. So far, they were fairly open about my questions.
