It was pretty easy got hired on the spot. They asked pretty basic questions like what my previous experience was and how would I be able to work In a store like fossil. They also asked for my availability and what days I would be able to work. It was a pretty fun job and the managers were very chill and laid back. Would definity go work at fossil in the future again

Sat me down in the back, told me about themselves and then got into the interview general questions were asked like what is something you are very good at ask questions about previous job experience
Interview was very simple. I was called in and was interviewed by the store manager. Lasted about twenty minutes. Received a call with a job offer within a week and was asked if i could start the next week.

If a customer gets aggressive with you, what would you do?
The interview was straightforward, yet had very thought provoking questions. The interviewer was easy going and conveyed a sense of calm, rather than pinning you with constant intimidation. Overall, the interview was simple and allowed to ask questions about how the company operates. So far, they were fairly open about my questions.
