The interviewer was looking for someone with more of an administrative role instead of a marketing assistant. Even when I elaborated on how much initiative I can provide, they were not keen and told that that they prefer someone who can just follow SOPs as there are an MNC and mostly follows a the direction from the US. After that, I’m not so keen in the role anymore.
