The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fossil Group (Richardson, TX) in Oct 2009
Interview
The interview process was extended over a few weeks with minimal communication during that time. The first step was a phone interview that was rescheduled the day of the interview via email. Following that there was no communication about not being selected until another position opened. The second interview was in the office, first a group interview, then a one on one. The interview was very casual, in a living room setting. A tour of the office was given and the comfortable atmosphere was noticeable. An offer was made about a week later. The start date was pushed a week, the day before the initial start date via phone call.

I got emailed by a recruiter asking to set up a phone interview! We set up a time to talk and the phone interview was about a half hour. They told me it would be a week or two but I never heard back so I am assuming they went with different candidates to do the video interview although my job application on the site hasn't been closed out.
