Fossil Group Sale Associate interview questions

Walked in with a friend looking for a summer job. The employee at the register happily gave us both applications. My friend and I filled them out and turned them in the next day. The manager came out and scheduled a group interview for both of us the next day. Then got a call postponing the interview. The questions were basic. Why Fossil? What would you do if you didn't know the answer to a question? Describe a time you gave great customer service (radical customer service as they call it at fossil). etc. Then got scheduled for another interview with an assistant manager a few days later. The questions were very similar to the first interview. Got hired on the spot.

The interview was very calm and interesting.
