Interview

Phone and face-to-face behavioral interview with a follow-up interview with a HR representative. The whole process took about two weeks. The questions were all "behavioral questions" which require answers that show you have the experience and ability to problem-solve and lead-by-example. The "look" they go for is millennial, fashionable and high-energy. A polished look is a must! It helps if you own and wear the Fossil Brand.

Interview

You have to interview multiple times for the position, as expected. I was promoted internally and the process required me to run the store with no pay increase as the acting store manager from 4 months before being considered for the position. I then had to do a final interview and was sent an email a few days later saying I was offered the position.

They asked me to describe my current business stats and what I've observed that week. They also asked about hiring, making the schedule, and how I am saving money when it comes to ordering and giving out hours for the team.

Interview

Applied online then a recruiter contacted me a few days via email. Had a phone interview then moved on to a 1:1 with the Area Manager; who showed up 1p mins late. She told me I received a 3rd interview with the regional manager and will call me to set up a time but instead waited a few days and sent me a generated "thank you but no thanks" email.
