1. Telephonic Interview 2. In-Person Interview The staffing agency told me to expect a panel of 4 people when only one showed up for the interview. He just gave a sheet of paper for me to work on and left the room. He did not come back until I left to go looking for him. The experience post the interview was equally bad where there was no response whatsoever - I am not sure if Foster Moore did not respond or if the staffing agency did not respond - even after multiple calls and email - there was no response on the interview - no Yes or No. They were on my tail until the in-person interview sometimes calling multiple times up until the in-person interview. I would say that I could sense a biased interview. Just a request to respect other people's time as well.
