Interview
I applied online and the company replied back within a week. I was then advised I would be interviewed by phone and they provided me with some material I could study on. After a phone call simulating a potential issue with a customer, I was then invited for a formal interview. The interview lasted around 30 minutes and they asked personal questions and tested my language skills.

It seems like they have... quite a bit of experience, or at least they know the people they want to hire. They make you upload some documents through a webform and after that, do some assessments. I selected a role that didn't have sales in the title, but they did ask me to do a sales assessment activity.
It's all done through a PC, you'll need a webcam. It's not very hard.
