Well organised and to the point. Not very critical which shows in the people that eventually got hired in the team. Sometimes the only skill that was needed was to be fluent in a language and a person would get hired
It's easy. You just have to prepare yourself with situational questions. Don't be negative about yourself. Drink lots of water. Get enough sleep and watch You Tube videos about interview.
