I applied online. I interviewed at Foundever (Manila, Manila) in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview was conducted via zoom meeting. First, you will undergo initial interview then you will be transferred to another room where you will be in queue. Well, I waited for more than 3 hours before my turn nonetheless the interviewers were really accommodating and nice.
It seems like they have... quite a bit of experience, or at least they know the people they want to hire. They make you upload some documents through a webform and after that, do some assessments. I selected a role that didn't have sales in the title, but they did ask me to do a sales assessment activity.
It's all done through a PC, you'll need a webcam. It's not very hard.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typing (words per minute), what would you do in specific situations, a personality test with a Likert scale, "fill in the blank" English assessment, a speak for 1.5 minutes AI assessment
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Foundever (Belgrade, Central Serbia)
Interview
I’ve applied through a referral. The initial contact was a phone call where they asked to me introduce myself in English. They’ve organized an interview after that and I was invited. After that was a test task to respond to a few emails for customers.
Once you apply and your resume meets the requirements, then they give you an invitation. Most time, they might change the resumption date. Once they have a company to service, then they book you for training. If you are able to get through training, then you start the shift.
