I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Foundever (Ocala, FL) in Jul 2015
Interview
There was a testing requirement to pass before interview, standard CSR type testing with basic math, ability to navigate thru multiply screens and noting accounts. Interview was standard STAR type, not to hard just have some examples and your good. Do pay attention to interview dates, I did the online test 07/01/2015 and got a response within an hour that was formatted as such please come in for a interview 02/07/2015 at 1400 so i assumed 2pm on the 7th of July, that they had just put a 02/07 where it should have been 07/07. Wrong they meant next day. Never seen the date formatted this way, I've seen 02July2015 not a biggie but they had me a no show for the interview. They did go ahead with interview after I explained and showed them the email with the dates.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are 3 things you love. ? Now try and sell me on them.
It seems like they have... quite a bit of experience, or at least they know the people they want to hire. They make you upload some documents through a webform and after that, do some assessments. I selected a role that didn't have sales in the title, but they did ask me to do a sales assessment activity.
It's all done through a PC, you'll need a webcam. It's not very hard.

Typing (words per minute), what would you do in specific situations, a personality test with a Likert scale, "fill in the blank" English assessment, a speak for 1.5 minutes AI assessment
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Foundever (Belgrade, Central Serbia)
Interview
I’ve applied through a referral. The initial contact was a phone call where they asked to me introduce myself in English. They’ve organized an interview after that and I was invited. After that was a test task to respond to a few emails for customers.
Once you apply and your resume meets the requirements, then they give you an invitation. Most time, they might change the resumption date. Once they have a company to service, then they book you for training. If you are able to get through training, then you start the shift.
