I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Foundever (Cebu City) in Oct 2024
Interview
It was a series of interview but you will know the result within the day and even sign a contract after that. You just have to communicate naturally, and avoid saying "po".
It seems like they have... quite a bit of experience, or at least they know the people they want to hire. They make you upload some documents through a webform and after that, do some assessments. I selected a role that didn't have sales in the title, but they did ask me to do a sales assessment activity.
It's all done through a PC, you'll need a webcam. It's not very hard.

I applied online. I interviewed at Foundever (Melbourne) in May 2026
Interview
The weirdest hiring process I've ever taken part in. After applying I was invited to a virtual job preview. This turned out to be a video call with about 30 other applicants, which started with some information about the role, but the next part involved each person in turn having to give a description of what they thought the job would involve. Surely this can't be what this is... I thought to myself. Oh yes it was. Felt like I was going to have an aneurysm from the utter pointlessness and boredom, and seriously considered leaving the call midway through, but 15 minutes later we've finally got through everyone's answers. I think this was more a basic English test than anything, but what a waste of everyone's time. At this point they tell everyone that participants on the particular visa I'm on won't be considered. I clearly put my visa details at the top of my application, so obviously no one read it. I left the call then and there. 30 minutes of my life I'll never get back.

I’ve applied through a referral. The initial contact was a phone call where they asked to me introduce myself in English. They’ve organized an interview after that and I was invited. After that was a test task to respond to a few emails for customers.
