Interview
The entire process was what to be expected for an entry-level position. The interviews were very engaged and warm during our discussion and made it feel much more like a conversation than an interview. However, it took them quite a bit to get back to me and extend the offer.
They are a very open opportune sort of interviewers. They always are super nice when it comes to the whole process. They are responsive and are sure to help find the
right fit for you!
It was a great conversation and seemed genuine. I recommend 100% to those looking to work during the four seasons. The interviewer made me feel calm and I learned a lot about the company in the process.

Il colloquio era strutturato così:
1. Parte iniziale con altre 5/6 persone dove si assiste ad una presentazione dell’azienda.
2. Primo colloquio individuale con la persona che ci ha invitati a partecipare a questo open day.
3. Se si supera il primo step si passa al colloquio con la front office manager (colloquio completamente in inglese).
4. Se si supera si passa al colloquio con il Room division Manager.
5. Colloquio finale con la responsabile delle risorse umane.
Dopodiché io ho salutato tutti, persino il direttore e me ne sono andata. Mi hanno comunicato che i tempi di attesa sarebbero stati di non più di due settimane.
Dopo una settimana mi hanno chiesto di fornirgli un contatto della precedente struttura in cui ho lavorato, perché volevano parlare con il mio ex front office manager.
Dopodiché mi hanno tenuta in sospeso per tre settimane aggiornandomi ogni tanto che ancora stavano valutando seriamente la mia posizione.
Dopo tre settimane mi hanno chiamata per dirmi che hanno avuto dei problemi interni e che per ora devono interrompere le candidature. Sarà vero? Non credo, perché non è stata l’unica struttura importante che mi ha risposto così a Firenze.
Ad oggi (sono passati quasi due mesi) non ho mai ricevuto neanche una risposta, positiva o negativa non importa, ma se si arriva al punto di chiedere le referenze dell’azienda dove si ha lavorato precedentemente e va tutto bene, almeno si dovrebbe dare una risposta.
Insomma, non vorrei mai lavorare per un’azienda che si propone come una delle più importanti al mondo nel settore dell’hotellerie e poi si comporta così, è mancanza di professionalità.
Se pretendi professionalità da me, io la pretendo da te in cambio.
