I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Four Seasons (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2011
Interview
it was pretty strict. had to go trhough 3-4 interview phases until you reach the hotel manager in the last interview. all of teh people interviewing were very friendly and there was little pressure.
Fluid interview with not many tough questions. Corporate section took the longest to get through and required patience. All interviewees were very nice and easy to talk to. Talked with directors from the respective departments.
It went really well and I’m greatful to have had the opportunity. The only thing I’d note is that the interviewer was very distracted and seemed very stressed, probably not a good look
