I reached out to the recruiter who posted about a product coordinator role who said that she would forward my resume to the hiring manager. After two weeks she reached out asking to schedule a phone screen. After several questions, she said I would be a great fit and would follow up with another interview after two weeks. After that I was ghosted. These are tough times and people are trying to find jobs — the least you can do is follow up.
