I was contacted by Luke Shannon from Inspire Recruitment, who went on to tell me about the job role etc. I told him that I was interested in the role, and he advised he would send my CV over to Fourth. A few days later (might have been a week, I can't really remember) Luke got back in touch and advised that Fourth would like to see me for an interview, this was quickly scheduled. I was told my interview would last around an hour and a half, it was probably just under this time. During the interview, I had to complete 2 written tests (one for logic, the other for numerical calculations) which was fairly average, I wouldn't say difficult but nor would I say easy. I then had a 1:1 discussion with a manager to asked me various questions about my experience. A few hours after my interview finished, I got a call advising that they would like to offer me the position which I gladly accepted. The interview process was actually a pleasant experience, I felt comfortable and under no pressure whatsoever.
