I had 5 interviews over a couple of weeks. The recruiter called me to schedule the final two interviews on a Thursday, and asked if I would be available the next day (Friday) for him to call me with next steps once my interviews were over. I said I would be available. That was three weeks ago, and he never got back to me. I tried emailing him to see what the status was, and was ignored. After investing so much time, its extremely disrespectful to receive no response.
