Interviewed not long after COVID so it was over the phone, may be the same still. Had the interview with the hiring manager and the branch manager of the branch I applied for.
Very smooth. Very responsive. Recruiters were very friendly. System was very easy to use. Website had great information. My interview was scheduled very quickly. They have adapted to remote interviews very well and also social distancing for in person.
