There were 3 different interviews. The questions aren't hard, but it's obvious they really want to find the best cultural fit for the company. The first interview was a basic one-on-one interview, for the second they had me bring along my wife, and for the third I actually spent time with each person in the company getting know them and introducing myself. Ultimately it was up to the team if I got the job or not. It was a really interesting interview process, but I'm glad they did it that way as it makes me really feel like part of the team!
