Interview
2 rounds on phone one of which got rescheduled at last minute. Dealt mainly with past experience, business questions, approaches to specific business cases, and HR related questions. 4 rounds in person (pretty much a repeat of phone rounds, plus 1 HR round). HR round was around why I want to join, will I stick to Fractal etc.

After participating in nearly four rounds of interviews and waiting for almost two weeks to get feedback, I received a rejection email that seemed generated by ChatGPT.
Is definitely a company that doesn't care about candidate experience and, at least you are desperate, I would avoid interviewing with them at all cost.

After clearing their qualifying test, I had a technical round, followed by managerial round and then one more technical round. I am still in the limbo. No response from the HR.
