I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fragomen (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2021
Interview
I applied through Handshake and heard back the following week from a Talent Specialist to schedule a phone screening. They do not consider anyone with plans to go to law school within the next 3 years.
The phone screening helps the Talent Specialist learn more about what you want from your employment (do you need a visa, do you want to WFH, can you work in office) and about your resume.
If you pass the phone screening, the Talent Specialist will schedule you for a video interview with some managers and/or attorneys the next week and send you a link for an online skill assessment. The assessment was pretty easy, there were 40 questions, 39 were MC and the last one was a free-response. You get your score for the MC at the end. I scored relatively well.
The video interview can be one or more persons, but generally, they want to see if you're eager to learn and up for the fast-paced job. At the end of the interview, they will tell you when you might hear back. It might be the next day or before the end of the next week. I heard back after three business days.

Question 1
Past work experience, about me, why I chose Fragomen.
I interviewed after a brief and professional phone screen. The onsite panel included two partners, a supervising paralegal, and an HR representative. The conversation was structured and scenario-based: partners probed on risk judgment and client management; the supervising paralegal focused on accuracy, SOP discipline, and collaborating under deadlines; HR covered culture fit and logistics.
