I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fragomen (Boston, MA) in Mar 2022
Interview
I applied to Fragomen online in February with an employee referral. I received an email from a recruiter a few days later to set up a screening call. During the screening call, I was asked what attracted me to Fragomen, why immigration law, and what I was looking for in my next role. I was also asked my salary expectations, which I was not expecting in an initial phone screen. I was told that I should hear back from the hiring team by the end of the week, but I ended up not hearing back for about 2 weeks. I continued to follow up and then was scheduled for an interview with 2 client service managers. The interviewers were friendly and easy to talk to, and the interview was very conversational. At the end of the interview, I was told I would hear back by the end of the following week, but ended up receiving an offer less than 1 week later.
