I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Fragomen
Interview
Really easy/ laid back. The interview was set up by the temp agency and conducted with the Partner of the firm. Asked pretty standard interview questions in terms of my background, educational history, and personality traits. Nothing to sweat over really. Pretty much just winged it and everything went fine.
The interview process consisted of a brief phone screening and a more in depth in person interview. The questions asked during the in person interview were very direct and standard. I was interviewed by 3 attorneys and 2 supervising paralegals. The interview took approximately 1 hour.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Fragomen (Washington, DC) in Oct 2018
Interview
There was no interview, I was accepted before we had even met. That was a little unnerving, but for this particular position, they were hiring urgently. The day I first went to the office, I was shown my work area and started on on boarding materials.
I interviewed with a supervisor and a human resources coordinator. They described the position to me and what is to be expected. Then they interviewed me with direct questions and I was asked to talk about my past experiences.
