One group interviews you first, plays bad cop (grills you, generally acting "tough"), they leave then another panel enters and plays good cop. Interview was strangely hard for a "low" position/low pay relative to other interviews for much better positions/pay.

General questions like what is my experience, why am I qualified, how did I hear about them. BUT they really grilled you for each question, so don't fluff.
They were quick to follow up the application with an email offering a phone interview, and the phone interview was scheduled within the same week. The interviewer was friendly and candid about the work and expectations in terms of time.
