I interviewed in April 2015 for the Matawan office. First I had to do online video questions which you can erase and keep recording until you are happy with them. Then after a week or so I had a video chat with a recruiter for the company which was very informal. Next I was asked to meet in person at the office, where I met with 6 different people for a half hour each, so it was a long day. I thought that was a smart way to interview me though, since they had all different levels of employees speak with me who were able to give me different perspectives. They told me I would hear something by the end of the week. I didn't, so I waited an extra week and finally emailed the HR woman I met. She ignored me. So I emailed the gentleman who set me up the interview. He got back to me and told me that I would hear something in the next few days, and that he got good feedback about my interview. I heard nothing again, and again waited a week before contacting him. When I did he told me that his supervisor called me already. I told him I hadn't spoken to anyone since him and he seemed to not believe me. I went for the next month not hearing a word from them. I finally emailed him out of frustration and he immediately called me, again told me that his supervisor said he called me, which he didn't. Then he asked that I be "more patient". That was 2 months after my in person interview. Needless to say I was done with them.
