Interview
The interview process started with a tour of the facility where their various machines were highlighted. Questions during the tour were encouraged, and they showed your interest into the inner workings of the flow of part manufacturing in the plant. After the floor tour came the one on one interview with the engineering manager.

As I was graduating very son after the interview, I was asked what kind of field or industry I wanted to work in.
