Interview
They were really nice, I didn't match their profile at first so they offered me another position in a different division. For the amount of work and responsibilities the pay was okay.
Straightforward, screening call with recruiter first then a call with 2 members of the team. Mostly behavioral questions. Took around 2 months after applying to get offer. Typical interview process.
The meeting was a straightforward, single-round process where we focused on identifying and discussing potential projects that would be interesting to work on during the summer. We also took the opportunity to introduce ourselves, sharing backgrounds and areas of expertise to better understand how we could collaboratively contribute to these projects.
