Interview
It was a very good interview process. First i had joined to Bridge, Screened by Two techies at same time. After two days, was called for VC, Interviewed by Architect, Conversation is more like deep technical, process oriented and architecture based questions. Same day met one on one with Director of Technology, Discussion happened on both technical and personal talk.

Written test followed by Manager round. Telephonic interview with stake holders in US, Asking Project Management question from software developers, Very easy technically but they are asking more question regarding personality long interview.
