Interview
Pretty basic. Usually interview is conducted by your future supervisor and someone supporting him. Previous to you interview, you're only contacted by HR dept. Questions are very basic, and at least in my case I was interviewed by people who were just as nervous and unsure as I was. After 20 minutes of stress, the rest was pretty laid back. Interview divided half and half between Polish and English.
