FTI has a pretty technical interview process for the TA position. First round was an informal phone call with an HR rep with basic background questions, 2nd round ohone call with HR manager for about 45 minutes, again with questions on your resume but also more behavioral questions to assess how you deal with certain situations. 3rd round was at their offices, first meeting with a pair of supervisors in the TA department. 10-15 minutes of general company overview, and then 45 minutes of more behavioral questions. Make sure you attempt to make it conversational and ask questions as they will appreciate you trying to engage them.
Then you have a 30 minute writing sample that's at least 100 words long, not difficult at all. Then a 5 minute typing test (you need to type at least 30 wpm to pass).

Interview
One of the worst. Hr has yet to give me a response four months after interview. This is even with me following up twice . That's ridiculous and just plain rude. It takes a few minutes to send an email. Was led on basically from the hiring managers . Very unprofessional to not update a candidate of their status almost 5 months later actually. Glad I didn't pursue anymore after the interview. Who wants to work with a company and they're HR team after that kind of treatment?
