I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Franklin Templeton (Stamford, CT) in Aug 2023
Interview
Some basic questions, not too bad but seemed to be a basic role and details were not completely ironed out, overall a mediocre experience at best, not an interesting role or company
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Franklin Templeton (Hyderābād) in Jan 2019
Interview
First Interview was a F2F with Panel of existing Project Managers. Interview was good and the questions were completely around Project Management Practices and challenges.
The second round was a Telephonic round with Onshore Project Manager and was on the similar lines.
There was lot of miscommunication by the HR during the Processes such as scheduling the second round but mail was either not sent or sent to some other recipient. The HR is not available on call to confirm the schedule. Post second round, I was not communicated anything by the HR and suddenly the HR started avoiding calls. It can be decently and courteously communicated to the candidates that they have not been selected further but no communication at all!
