Attended two rounds in one week. First round was went well. Less technical and more related to process oriented and behavior oriented. Second round was completed in just 5 mins with only one question and was conducted by head of QA dept. Question is "will you join if you get the offer". I said that I will think and take the decision. He was not happy with my answer and rejected me immediately. I feel I should give false answer saying yes, will join as it is very good company bla bla. We should not give honest answers and bluff them. HR who reached me was also rude in his behavior. Because of few people I had a very bad impression on Franklin.
