Pleasant 2 round process. After CV screening first round was with recruitment team, then the senior employees.
The interviews mainly consisted of motivational questions, with some technicals thrown in. I received the offer by phone within a week.
A few interviews with HR and then with specific department. Very 'fit' based with less focus on technical knowledge. A really positive process with opportunity to make yourself stand out.
