I applied the position over the website. Then I got a phone interview from the HR team. The interview did not go well because the HR representation was late to pick me up from the reception area to the conference room for the interview. (Actually, the Director came down to the lobby and picked me up). The HR Rep apologized to the Director but I felt like the Director thought it was my fault for showing up late in the interview. It was a panel interview. In addition to the director, there were 2 more individuals in the Panel. They asked me about my previous job experience and some behavioral question. The director and I had difference in viewing work-life balance and I thought that's my last straw as I prefer working for someone who is willing to learn from bad experience & mistake. It was a short interview - only lasted for like an hour or so.
