Spoke with internal recruiter on several occasions and via email. After discussing the hybrid work schedule, commute, salary, benefits, etc. I was schedule for an interview with the team. The interview went fine, and they said they had no worries about my technical ability. Then they mentioned the job was not a regular shift, but rather a later shift to accommodate people across the globe. This was NEVER mentioned in the several conversations with the HR recruiter. Not sure I would have even bothered with the IV had the recruiter done her job correctly. I expressed that this was not relayed to me by HR and that it was a complete surprise. Also got a vibe that that no one ever leaves, which leaves little room for advancement, and probably half the interviewers seemed to either have an attitude or were "little important people" in their own minds. Overall, their online reputation definitely came through during just the interview process. Below average pay, "benefits" that are like dangling carrots that no one can take advantage of, and misdirection from HR gave me a bad impression of this place. I'd have to say don't bother with this place unless you are at the beginning of your career.
